His passion is helping parents navigate the IEP process for their children with various types of disabilities, including dyslexia and other learning disabilities. UNLOCKING DYSLEXIA WHEN: April 5-6, 2018 WHERE: Doubletree by Hilton Kansas City, Overland Park, KS Experience what it is like for a student with a learning disability in a classroom setting. Horizon Academy will provide a Learning Disability simulation. Participation spots are limited to 50 for an effective simulation experience, however, everyone is welcome to attend to observe and participate in the Q&A following.
